Context : the author is describing a girl being tied up by a monster with multiple tentacles . I don't understand this at all because it's too complicated ,so much thanks if anyone can explain to me this one 's meaning o/

弾みまくっていた乳房にまで触手が巻き付いて、瑞々しい房肌をくびれさせながら搾乳するように揉みこねている。

Girl:「こん、な……ああぁ……っ、キツイ……ってば……」

ボリュームたっぷりの膨らみを圧迫される刺激に、苦しいのか心地よいのか判別しづらい表情で唇を噛み、小刻みに身を震わせながら呻く。

変形させられた乳房を睨み付ける反抗的な眼差しを生意気とばかりに、触手の先端が鎌首をもたげた。
