Damaging Viagra info: do NOT read if you have a valid reason to take Viagra

I doubt it unless she were a cyborg; women are supposed to be into it as much as the men both in the brain and in the body. I've heard of one who would pass out from too virile a male, and she would hate it for that.

Amusing way to put it, but I agree with you. Viagra is rather degrading sexuality because reliance on viagra makes sex mechanical -- somewhat parallel to using strong drugs to force sexual activity. Unless there is a medical reason to administer viagra, eg. children with a certain heart problem or an adult with an erectile malfunctioning, I think it is best to avoid it. It might be helpful to remember that there is a fundamental difference between a pleasant arousal and the prolonged erection which is basically a blocking of the blood flow out of the spongiform body. What about asphyxiation of the sponge and the resulting lesion in the penile tissue ? How about a removal of the member to prevent the spreading of the lesion, comparable to the amputation treatment of a tetanus infection ?

Seems to be quite a few misconceptions concerning Viagra here. I have been taking it off and on now for about two years and I do find it to be a wonder drug.

The reason why I had started taking it was because I didn't have a problem of getting aroused and erect, I had a problem of maintaining said erection during intercourse until the deed was completed. My wife started to think it was her and that I didn't find her attractive or sexy. Far from it.

Soon it started to frustrate me also. I went to the doctor one day and discussed this problem with him. He said that it was normal in a person my age (49 then) and that it wasn't due to any form of clinical erectile dysfunction if I was able to obtain an erection during arousal or to wake up in the morning with "morning wood" or an "asa dachi" in Japanese. It was just due to the fact of age in that the penis in some men does have a difficult time mainting proper blood flow during intercourse as we males age. Even though we are mentally aroused, he said, the penis sometimes refuses to cooperate. He gave me a sample of Viagra after doing a blood test to determine testosterone levels and a few other tests to determine the conditon of my heart.

And low and behold it worked! That night I was able to maintain an erection throughout the entire session. I was throughly satisfied as well as the wife and I can't remember when I have been so rock hard. It was like being in my 20's and 30's again! A few notes here:

-Viagra lasts for about 4 hrs and therefore, you can have sex more than once in that period if you so desire.

-So far I have not experienced any side effects although a couple of men out of millions have gone blind because of it, I figure my odds are pretty good. Maybe its because I use it sparingly as I don't want to depend on it solely when having intercourse with the wife. We have other ways of satisfying each other other than just straight sex.

I'll also agree with kirei and lex. I don't think anyone should take it if they are not experiencing some problem in maintaining an erection. To take a drug like that in order to be a stud or whatever is foolish especially if you are a normal, healthy, virle, young male. You may really do serious long term damage to yourself as lex pointed out.
