Hello.

I found what it seems to be a sionist prayer in a good luck flag. It´s 阿宇乾坤、神人感應 but I don´t fully get its meaning in english.

Could anyone help me?

I attached a picture of the sentence that it´s just next some bizarre symbols that I don´t know if are related to the prayer.

Thank you all!!

I was referring to the markings on the right. They certainly aren't written Japanese

Thanks for your answer. Attached picture

I merged the threads.

This is another one I found, a book regarding a new religion, lineage of Shinto.

Anyway, the flag seems questionable to me.

Toritoribe, could you explain a little further about that new religion?

Could a flag be fake even have the shrine stamp?

Thanks!!!

could you explain a little further about that new religion?
It's 丶心道 Chushintō founded by 熊崎健翁 Kumasaki Ken'ō in 1932.

(all in Japanese)

Could a flag be fake even have the shrine stamp?
Yes, of course, because anyone can make stamps even now. Furthermore, even if the flag and stamp(s) are genuine, it can't be a conclusive evidence just by itself because there were/are blank(=no signature) genuine flags with genuine stamp(s), and anyone can write anything on it later.

Thanks Toritoribe.

So, are there any tips to know if a stamp is genuine or not? Because if everybody could do a stamp, fake the names and the locations and even gather some other people so signatures really look different one from each other, how to know if a flag it´s geniuine or not?

You can find the genuine stamp of 太平山三吉神社 by googling with the name of the shrine, for example in the following site.

I believe it's hard to gather dozens of people who can write kanji at least outside of Japan. If all signatures are written only by several people, the flag is suspicious enough.

Please, could you help me with the translation of these words? I am trying to use google translator but I am not able to get all the kanjis.

Thanks Toritoribe. Please, could you write the kanjis? Then I will have them as references if I find them in the future and I will not have to being asking all the time for translaction.

It's said that there are nearly 300,000 surnames in Japan. Of course there are many uncommon ones among them, but you would need to have hundreds or maybe thousands of surnames for reference in your list. You also need to gather given names, needless to say.

Another and a more difficult problem is that hand-written signatures often look quite different from printed ones. It's often hard to read even for natives. For example, the second name from the left in the first picture is 河内政治郎. Do you think you can identify the kanji used there?

I was only trying to get a way of being more able to indentify each part of the flag without asking all the time but yes I would have never said that these kanjis were the same as the flag. I´ll keep asking everytime I´d need some advice. Thanks Toritoribe
