The easy/big letters
Near far right: 祝入営 Congratulations on entering the army
Middle: 祈必勝 Pray for certain victory
Middle-left: 武運長久 Everlasting luck in battle
Near far left: 昭和拾七年?月入営 Shōwa 17 (1942, uncertain month).
Far left: 祈福本?君 Congratulations (Mr.) Fukumoto. Can't read his given name.

The rest are names. I'm slightly suspicious of this because the various names on this all look like it was written by the same person (and not particularly very well). In this regard it is similar to a flag we saw on this forum very recently.

Thank you for the response! And do you have a picture of this other flag that is similar to mine

The flag in this thread. It's not that the writing is similar to your flag. Its the fact that all of the names and slogans on the flag looks like one person wrote them all.
