1.IF and WHETHER can be used interchangeably when
a) reporting yes/no questions
  • Will you help me do the shopping? (yes/no question)
  • I am not sure if I have time for this.
  • I am not sure whether I have time for this.)

7. How often does he come here?
8. If I knew the answer, I would have told you a long time ago.

Question C
1 His upcoming book will be published next month. (using "next" twice in the same sentence is redundant).
2 I managed to solve the math problem.
3 He is such a nice person everyone loves him. (Everyone loves him because he is such a nice person..."He" and "him" tell the reader it is a male. You could also use Everyone loves him because he is so nice.)
4 If Jane hadn't been injured/hurt at that time, she would be here with us.
(depends on usage of hurt...was it physically hurt, or because of an emotional hurt? An injury is physical. If, say, it is a broken leg you will use "If Jane hadn't been injured at that time, she would be here with us."
5 I'd like you to go there again.
6 His doctor advised him not to smoke.
[Would it be wrong to say, "His doctor advised him to not smoke" instead?]
7 That problem is a little different than this one.
8 I always confuse your car and mine. Both are the same type.
9 I made the same mistake as last time.
10 Don't forget to close the window.
11 I can't help employing/hiring him. (if he already works for you, "employing" is correct." If he is yet to be hired, "hiring" would be correct.
12 Not everyone is from Kyoto.

Edward kindly did A and C, so I'll do B.
By the way Edward, Hirashin teaches high school students with low ability - I would keep the sentence as 'His next book' not 'His upcoming book' to keep things simple.

As a grammar question, it's OK, but 'seems to live in London' sounds unnatural (I'd say 'Mary's grandfather probably lives in London'). How about
Mary -------- to be angry
with the same possible answers?

Do your students get the Japanese sentence with the test? If so, the question is OK If not, be aware that both 'any' and 'all' fit the sentence.

In response to all that has been posted thus far:

A3: "Hard" is also OK here. It may have been slang or non-standard in the past, but is now certainly acceptable.

A8: "If I had known the answer..." is also fine here, and perhaps grammatically better. If you want to keep things simple for the students, though, it is OK to keep as is.

B7: If you want to keep the original question and still use "seems", then a more natural way to say this is "It seems that Mary's grandfather lives in London". However, the wording is different in this case ("seems that" instead of "seems to"). I agree with Lothor's suggestion for how to revise question B7, and think that this is the best solution in this case. Although you would need to make a slight change from what Lothor wrote:
Mary -------- be angry.

B12: "havet" should be "have" to produce the single correct answer of "none".

To explicitly answer your question regarding part B, yes, each question has one unique answer that matches the meaning shown in Japanese.

C1: Good writing generally avoids redundancy as much as possible. In this case, though, it is fine.

C3: What you wrote has a grammatical problem. The simplest fix is to add "that" before "everyone", although Edward's suggestions are more natural ways to say this. Another way to fix this would be by adding a semicolon:
He is such a nice person/man/fellow/guy; everyone loves him. If semicolons wouldn't cause trouble for your students, then I recommend this approach.
All of "person/man/fellow/guy" are fine; that part can stay as is.

C4: "Hurt" is also fine here. It is obvious from the context what is meant.

As for your question on C6, some language purists refuse to split an infinitive, and would consider placing "not" between "to" and a verb to be wrong. This thinking is slowly disappearing with each new generation, and many language experts consider such a rule unnecessarily pedantic. I consider "to not smoke" to be perfectly fine.

C7: There is some dispute regarding the use of "different from" and "different than". Most language experts consider both to be OK, and I recommend that you do that, as well.

C11 I can't help employing/hiring him. --- This particular sentence does not sound very natural. I recommend using something else in its place. An example of a natural-sounding sentence with the same grammar is "I can't help feeling the way (that) I do." I suspect that such a sentence is used much more commonly in Japanese than in English, which is why the English version sounds awkward.

C12: "Everyone is not from Kyoto" is awkward, so I recommend using only "Not everyone is from Kyoto".

General comment to @hirashin: it would be helpful for me (and probably all of us) if you explain exactly how you are using the content you are asking us to check. In sections A and C, for example, are you listing all possible variations of answers that will be considered correct if written by the students? Is that why you use slash marks (e.g. "meeting / seeing" in Q A1) throughout? Knowing the exact way this content is being used will better help us to check your work.

Having that additional information was definitely helpful. In light of that, I think the following responses are also acceptable. (Your students may not be familiar with some of these expressions, but if they happen to write any of these, I would recommend treating as correct.)
A7: How often has he come here?
C2: I somehow could solve the math problem.
C7: That problem is a bit different from this one.

I recommend adding a comma to the following problem, as shown:
⑧I don't like those shoes; ( ), they're too expensive.

I recommend adding some words to the following problem, as shown:
③明日、できるだけ早く来なさい。 Tomorrow, please (as / as / come / possible / early ).

Everything else looks OK to me.
