Would Japan like USA assistance in dealing with The Yakuza Recession?

We know that Japan, it's government, and finiancial system is in dire straits in dealing with it's Yakuza crime families and it's many defaulted loans.

We know they can niether foreclose, nor safely refuse to provide them with additional loans.

Giving the Yakuza an unlimited, free money supply, at the cost of the little people who actually repay their debts, and work for their money.

If the Japanese police and government are so scared of, and cannot handle their own little Yakuza girls...

Why do they not ask for, or request foriegn assistance in ridding themselves of these parasites from those who can, and want to?

We have plenty of beds at Gitmo, polygraphs, and still have many SEAL Teams that would enjoy the additional training opportunity of snatching them up.

At this stage in the global economic crisis, I highly doubt that the US administration has their hands full with their own problems. The US is in danger of having to default on their own economy. They have to worry about giving stimulus to large private corporations because China owns Credit Default Swaps on many of these institutions, and should they go bankrupt, they will have to pay back in multiples of what China has invested in these US multinational companies. Therefore, the US had no choice but to use taxpayer's money to bail out some of these huge banks that were too big to fail. With all these problems at hand, and having spent unnecessary dollars into warring Iraq, there is currently not enough US public interest with regards to saving the Japanese from the yakuza.
