Why do they do this? All languages have a different order. Japanese might as well ask why we have a weird word order. In Japan, the Noun (Subject) Wa shows it is the noun, Adjustive or point of the sentence and the verb. This is also prevalent in several other languages. I cannot name them. Thai is the only one I can name off the bat. In this format, you don't even know what is going on until the sentence is done. It makes interruptions less likely, but it does lead to a lot of confusion, and simultaneous translation is nearly impossible. They would say I store going. Weird huh>?
