were you using the same e-mail, or do you think they noticed you logging in from the same device? Why would you even need multiple accounts?

Because you did something that was against their terms of service. Multiple accounts is not against their TOS. But doing so to avoid one of their policies is. Not sure how to resolve. But there is some advice here.
