Why did you first visit Japan?

I went there first time 4 months after I got married to a japanese.
It seems that several of us went there because our partner is japanese. So far at least 3 persons. Maybe if the category "partner" was included, many would click that one.

Haha, technically I went to Japan for a foreign exchange program but I really went for the girls ... Won't say what I did but it was awesome, I'm definitely going to visit them next year in Tokyo (in college) even if it means emptying every single penny out of my pocket. Other than that, I wanted to buy a new Gunam model kit and an airsoft gun. I got my model kit for around $60 (7000 yen) which would've been $120 here in the states at my local Anime store. Didn't have enough money by the end of my trip to pick up an airsoft ><

Then everyone else with a pet category would want to be added. No, Other (and specify in thread) is sufficient.

i went to japan a few years ago to go back. my family was in the miltary and i happned to be born there. so i went back a few years ago to see it. but lucky me i am going back in just a couple of months again to see it again.

Reason to go to Japan

Several time for training and meeting for the car audio brand Pioneer...September 2005 was my last visit and September 2006 will be my next...looking forward for it
