Where can I find Japanese Servers?

I am trying to find some way to meet Japanese people online and have conversations with them over the internet. I know of 2 programs that are very popular in the USA. They are Teamspeak and Ventrilo. Does anyone know any way I might connect to a Japanese server or another website that lets you speak with other Japanese people?

I'm afraid I can't help you with your specific request, however, if you have Skype, you might want to check out this site:

The Mixxer, search for a language partner or language exchange using Skype

If not, you might want to get it

I've heard that there are quite a lot of native Japanese speakers looking for native English speakers to converse with, although I haven't gotten the chance to check it out personally, yet.
