I really like Totoro, but I will have to go with Snoopy because of all the childhood memories. My sister and I both had a Snoopy. My sister also had a lady Snoopy and small ones too.
When we visited my grandparents in London, we used to go up to Hamley's and get different outfits for my sisters' Snoopys. Fisherman, Airline pilot, you name it.
Also, my nan used to knit them clothes for Christmas. My Snoopy once received a Punk outfit!

Yes, but he still had no personality. God I hated Squall.....
He was one of the main reasons why I hated FFVIII so much (lack of a plot being the number one reason).

I forgot to mention another favorite character(s) for me, these two guys:

Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive Series)
