What should I do if I meet them in my country, my Japanese are still not that most perfect. How would you guys do if you guys are in my feet? I have met some Japanese people in my country, around 50 - 60 people or so, that I met so far...

No, I mean, how what is your relationship with the Japanese people that you are meeting?
People you meet online first and then later in real life?
Tourists you don't know but see on the street?
Customers at the place where you work?
This will affect what what you might say to them to start a conversation.
