Kariru and kasu- to rent
kenkou and karada- health
Ayamachi and shippai- fault/mistake
kuwaeru and tasu- to add

Thanks in advance!

借りる = Borrow
貸す= Loan/Rent
健康 = Health
からだ = Body
過ち = Mistake, Error, Fault,
失敗 = Mistake, Failure
加える = to add on, affix, append
足す = to add on, augment, increase

There are additional possibilities for each of these words. A good dictionary would be very useful. Japanese is very "context-specific", meaning that the context will usually influence which word to use.
