Question What is a good Japanese brand kitchenware company for Japanese kitchen supplies?

Seeking Japanese kitchenware specifically manufactured in Japan, and preferably also made with materials sourced from Japan. I also prefer stainless metals, wood, and ceramics for durability (trying to avoid plastic and cheap metals that rust).

I'm especially interested in a grill or barbecue stove, but would love to hear about any Japanese kitchen essentials that anyone recommends.

I'm in the U.S., so companies that ship to the U.S. would also be appreciated.
