Question What does this person's action mean ?こわばった同じ方の手足をビシリと真っ直ぐに突き出してみせる

I met this text when the author describe a person's action, but find it hard to understand. Hope somebody here could help.
Main character is guiding 2 persons to meet his subordinate T-san, these 2 people said want to meet her (T-san). The 1st person seem to act casually, while the 2nd person in my question looks very nervous.

Main character「おーい、T！」
そんな黄祖から客人を預かって……。俺が足を運んだのは、洛陽の街の一角だった
T「どうかした？ ご主人様」
Main character「ちょっと会わせたい人がいてさ」
俺が視線を向けると、一歩を踏み出したのは二人の女の人。
一人目の一歩は限りなく優雅に。もう一人は、こわばった同じ方の手足をビシリと真っ直ぐに突き出してみせる。
(my guess but not sure: "...The other person stiffly extends the same side's limbs straight out" ???)

However, when expressing a state of tension, in Japan it is expressed as the right foot and the right foot moving at the same time.
