Those aren't numbers. It's a statement saying they've stopped issuing codes as they've run out, but that they may start handing them out again within the next few days. I presume this actually means "we're trying to limit/control player numbers to stop our servers melting down".

Incidentally, it's likely that the actual code, if it's meant to be a string of numbers, will just use Arabic numerals (e.g. 123) anyway.
