Virtual Keyboard (Japanese writing)

Hello;

Does anyone know of any virtual keyboard software (HTML/exe - Windows/MAC) that I can just open up whenever I want to write something in Japanese? There's one main reason, and it's that writing Japanese in Romaji is not good - even if you know ALL the scripts by heart, and I'm not going to switch my keyboard configuration because it's too risky.
