Who or which organasation will benefit from this?
それにしても、今回の反日デモに関して、だれか裏で工作しているような気がしますね。だれだと思いますか。大体、中国政府がデモを容認するなんておかしい話じゃないですか。この動きは、いずれ違う方向に向いていくような気がしますねえ。

日本政府は過去の歴史問題に関して、中国政府に謝罪してきました。
中国共産党も、その機関紙である人民日報で、謝罪の事実を公に認めるとともに、中国国内に対してもそのことを伝え始めたようです。

今の中国社会や政権内部の動勢を正確に把握している人など、おそらく中国共産党幹部の中にもいないのではないでしょうか？ある意味恐ろしいですね。
次の言葉は、以前日本の新聞で、東南アジアのある国の政府高官の話として紹介されていたものです。
「中国を内部崩壊させるわけにはいかない。もし中国が内部崩壊したら、この東アジア地域に60個もの北朝鮮が発生してしまうことになる。」

Personally, I would like to see the emperor apologising to China and other Asian countries (already done for South Korea, and by Hirohito himself!). The emperor was considered as a living god for whom soldiers didn't hesitate to sacrifice their lives, and the emperor was also the Supreme Commander of the Japanese Imperial Army, which is the major (sole?) culprit in Japan's war crimes around Asia. As the army and the government were separate at that time, it just doesn't make sense for the Prime Minister to apologise for the Imperial Army's deeds. At best the PM could apologise for the Japanese government supporting the Army, but not as the responsible for the massacres. It's just a matter of logic. I personally don't care if Japan apologises to China or how both Chinese and Japanese people feel about it. If it doesn't make sense I will criticise it.

戦前、軍国主義勢力により天皇が政治上利用されてしまった歴史に対する反省から、戦後制定された日本国憲法は、第7条により天皇の権能を厳格に制限しています。よく「象徴」天皇制といわれますが、これは、「天皇は象徴としてのみ存在するのであって、政治的な権能は一切有しない」という意味なのです。

第7条に列挙されている「国事行為」は「儀式的」なものであり、もっとも厳格に解する学説の中には、「例示されたもの以外の行為は、公式行為としては一切行ってはならない」とするものまであるほどです。
すなわち、「政治的」な意味合いをもつ「天皇による謝罪」それ自体が、実は、現行憲法上問題とされる余地がないわけではないのです。
昭和天皇自身、当然のことながら、そのことについて分かっていたはずです。
そういう意味では、天皇が「自らの判断」で謝罪を行ったこと自体、大変大きな意味を持ちます。決して軽いものではないと思います。
付言ですが、
中国と韓国に対する謝罪の違いについて言えば、従来の度重なる謝罪の言葉に加え、新たに「文書」による謝罪を行ったという点でしょう。
なぜ日本政府が、韓国に対して「文書」による謝罪を行ったかと言えば、1998年に、韓国の金大中大統領が来日の際、「文書による謝罪をもらえるならば、今後両国間で歴史問題を提起することはない」と約束したからなんですね。
当時の韓国では、日本の大衆文化は、その公開を厳しく規制されていたのですが、この「文書による謝罪」を区切りとして、段階的に緩和されることとなりました。金大統領としては、両国関係を「未来志向」へと転換するきっかけが欲しかったのでしょう。
その後、中国の江沢民主席も来日したのですが、その際中国側から「我が国に対しても文書による謝罪がほしい」との要請がありました。
そこで、日本政府は、中国政府に対し、韓国の例と同じく、「今後歴史問題を外交問題としない」という誓約を要求したのですが、中国側は「今後も必要に応じて歴史問題を提起する」として、要求を拒否しました。
日本政府内には、過去の経緯から、これ以上中国側によって、歴史問題を外交交渉のカードとして恣意的に利用されたくない、との思いが募っていました。
そこで、当時の小渕首相は「文書による謝罪」を拒否したのです。
ただし、既述のように、すでに口上による謝罪は歴代総理のみならず、昭和天皇自らが行っているのです。
中国が、今回、「謝罪の存在」を公に認めたのもこのような経緯があるからでしょう。

It should be done from a nation who hasn't been persecuting its citizens recently, like Cambodia, the ROC (who actually should be the one wanting an apology since Japan was at war with the ROC from 1937-45, not the PRC - just guerilla units) or even the ROK.
