Trouble accessing personal profiles

I get an error message when trying to access some personal profiles. It seems to be random as I can access some people and not others, regardless of whether or not they are online.

This is the error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 581936 bytes) in /home/jrefcom/public_html/forum/includes/class_profileblock_blog.php on line 357
