Translation into Japanese please...

I'm playing an online game and there a few phrases I'd like to learn how to say should I ever play with people who are Japanese.

1. Would you like to party/team-up?

2. Where shall we party/play?

Anyways, if you're heading into a game:
ご一緒してもいいですか?
ご一緒よろしいでしょうか?
etc
If you're not yet in a game, you might just want to say:
一緒にしますか？ or 一緒に冒険しますか？

And when asking where, I've found that simply
どこへ行きますか？ is more than ample.

They might also use "party", i.e., パーティー.

e.g., パーティーしませんか。

That sounds to me more like someone is throwing a party. But then again I don't play RPGs in Japanese.

どこへ行きますか？ is more than ample.

Hehehe, so true. どこ？ どちら？(に行きましょうか？)alone is less likely to interupt the flow of conversation from the Japanese perspective.

Well, I've played FFXI for some time, and have been in many a Japanese party. Many Japanese players in FFXI already know (and use) English acronyms. I see a lot of:

PTをしませんか - PT wo simasen ka "Would you like to PT?"
みんなはどこですか - Minna ha doko desu ka "Where is everyone?"

That should get you to a party fine, then you have to discuss Skill Chains (SCs) and all that. You'll see the Japanese players are very organized, so they will know where to camp already and what SCs will be good against the mobs. But, they also won't tell you what SCs to use, so if you're not to sure, ask: Sumimasen ga, <Skill Chain> ga dou sureba ii darou? "Excuse me, but what SC should I use. The < > denotes the auto-translate function; try to use it as much as possible, because they sure will.

Right on the nose. I have been playing for a while too. And thats about the gist of it. Just be sure to ask questions. Jp Players are not fond of people who think they know what they are doing. Good luck.
