I don't know for sure if B is correct or not, but to my ears it sounds redundant and it's the kind of phrasing people jokingly use to impart some kind of humor.
C is correct, but it typically implies that you like summer to the exclusion of all of the others (unless some prior context establishes otherwise). Most people would explicitly say "only" if they wanted to express that idea.

Flip the first one around:
(a) Summer is my favorite season.
The second, "most favorite" is something that you should recognize as being wrong.
For (c) and (d), how about: (again, flipping things around)
Summer is the season that I like the most/best.
Or: I like summer the best/most.
