I just started the trek in learning Japanese. What I wanted to ask for my question is if I am using the correct tools and starting with Hiragana base characters. I have a example of what I am praticing on the following website; Learning Hiragana - Yoshida Institute. Also, what I currently doing with my time is using this pretty cool website; Hiragana flashcards | Quizlet. For non useful information about my learning Japanese is that I also found a partner interesting in learning Japanese. She is actually a English teacher teaching a Japanese exchange student atm. :box:

ps - If this doesn't make sense I am sorry. I have blood sugar issues and can't seem to get back on my usual way of thinking.

I'd say those sites seem just fine! However, if you don't want to get bored to death, I'd advise you to start learning some basic vocabulary and grammar - perhaps get a textbook (in kana!) - and practice using kana that way. Thus you'll both get better at writing, and we'll start to learn some Japanese in the meantime!
