in a way it's kinda like comments on looks and it's obviously just a pick-up line but it shows he's put a bit more thought into it than just walking up and saying 'you look interesting' or whatever...

Of course you probably don't want to run up and scream, oh my god, that purse is fabulous, were did you get it!? That might send out the wrong signals... And, I'm imagining Kinsao that your style is pretty creative, so there is a lot of reasons that people may be intrigued by you.
