Shopping for clothes in Japan

Is it possible for a 1.85m-tall person to shop for clothes in Japan? I was just wondering! A Japanese girl said that because she was so tall that she couldn't find shoes that'd fit her.

Unless you are considerably well off, I'd say the size would be second in importance, runner-up ofcourse to the high prices in Tokyo.. I'd suggest getting all the clothes you need in your home country before departing.. but if it is just a one or two things as souvenirs, I do believe you may have to do some hunting.. but then, that's just my opinion, and what do I know ? lol..
