Screening criteria for MEXT

Hi everyone,
I am new in this big forum.i'm Tunisian and i am going to apply for MEXT undergraduate 2014.now i'm asking about the criterions of the first documents screening.I have always between 16 and 17/20 as overall note at high school,and 17.33 in the Baccalaureat exam. Do I have chance to be chosen to pass the MEXT scolarship exams??

hello , i will also apply for MEXT scholarship but for a master degree , i am Moroccan and i encourage you to apply becoz ur marks are very good and you will not lose anything if you apply , can we be friends ?
