Hi there!
I am an enrolled student of International MBA at Waseda University in Sept 2016.
I did not get scholarship prior to matriculation.
I wonder about 'scholarship after matriculation', especially the Monbukagakusho scholarship. Can I apply in this Feb 2016, or do I need to wait until I actually start studying in the school and apply for the scholarship next year?
Does anyone have any experience about this type of scholarship?
