I am learning hiragana and katagana. I know 3 or 4 kanji words. So i am newbie.
But i really love anime/manga,J-music,.... Generaly, I love anything invole with Japan.

Plz help me translate this Japanese phrase.

I saw it in an anime i am watching "Boku Ha Tomodachi Ga Sukunai" ep 6.
But i don't know how to pronounce it.
Plz help me translate into hiragana/katagana.
