Sorry for nitpicking, but, as in the pictures in the wikipedia page, or #265 三ツ丁子巴 Migi Mitsu Chōji Tomoe in the attached picture, "hidari (left)" or "migi (right)" refers to the direction of rotation of tomoe.


Thus, Hidari Futatsu Chōji Tomoe means "left (= rotation to the left) twofold tomoe with cloves."
