Hi!

One of my friend from Osaka comed to Italy 2 years ago and gave me a very very good kind of green tea.
I can't read japanese, can you please tell me some informations about it (brand, type, etc)?

Isn't there any information about the tea specie? (sencha? gunpowder? etc..)

Most Japanese green teas (ryoku-cha) are categorized as "sencha".
Japanese green tea is not fermented, just steamed and it has very nice fresh aroma.

By the way, your photos of the tea package are all up-side-down. ;-)
