Q1 ④"How far is your house from here?" "About ten kilometres."
I think you usually use American spellings, don't you? Be aware that "kilometres" is the British spelling.

Q２ ④ "How much do you spend on your car?"
This sounds as if you are talking about regular expenses for upkeep of a car that you already own. I'm not sure if that's what you intend.

Q２ ⑤ How long does/will it take to get/go there?
Use "get".

Q3 ①How many times have you gone to Hawaii?
Should be "How many times have you been to Hawaii?"

Q3 ③How many people live in Osaka City?
In English we normally just call it "Osaka" (no need for "City", unless there is some special distinction that I'm unaware of).

Q3 ⑤How are you going to get out of here?
Sounds like you are somewhere that is difficult to escape from. Not sure if that's what you intend.

Q4 ①How many times have you (ever) been/gone to Kyoto?
Use "been". No need for "ever".

How many times have you (ever) visited Kyoto?
No need for "ever".

How many people will come to the party tomorrow?
This is less usual/colloquial than the other versions.

You seem to be inconsistent about whether or not quotation marks are used, and in a couple of places you have an unwanted space after an opening quotation mark.

Q2. ③ "How do you come to school?" "By train."
Just a comment that using 'come' feels very restricted in this case. The only people who would ask this are people in the school environment itself(usually teachers, school counselors, etc). 'How do you get/commute to school?' would be a more common way of phrasing it, that can be asked even outside of school.

④ How much do you spend on your car?
If this is asking how much someone bought his/her car for, it should be 'did', not 'do'


Q4 ③How much sugar do you use to make the cake?
Generally, no one says 'the cake', unless you're asking about a cake already made. Then you should use 'did' instead of 'do'. Instead, the question is usually asked specifying the cake. (i.e. How much sugar do you use to make pound cake? How much sugar do you use to make strawberry shortcake?). This can also be phrased "How much sugar do you use when you make ____ cake?"
