Open in same or new window

hi i noticed that banners seemed to open new windows but japan-a-radio opens in the same window
i dont know if this is a mistake or whether it matters or not...just an observation

Hm, not sure at first glance. It's a very old account that has been ported over from other software and servers. Need to investigate.
