One Piece Miracle Battle Carddass

Hi there!)
I have some questions about One Piece Miracle Battle Carddas series. I am the biggest fan of One Piece, and wanna learn to play in this card game. But i am cant read in japan, so if anyone can explain me the rules, i will be very happy).
The basic rules can be find at miraclebattle dot com ( i havent rights to post URL's here). At this site there is a .odf version of rules for One piece version.
And also i have another question. Is anyone know japanese internet-shops, where i can buy some cards from this series?

One piece became pretty popular recently... problem is that my 5 years old student is watching it as well, and he is sometimes copying the way they are talking... not really proper Japanese for a kid that age.
