Officer’s notebook and pay books

I have an officer's notebook and pay books. Could someone please translate the notebook pages attached?
I notice part is repeated in ink and pencil.

*Kei is the unit code name to refer to the 118th Division. 4046 is also the code name for a regiment of the division, but I can't identify it. Yamaguchi is the commander's name of the troop.

Thank you so much for your reply!
Found the Wiki link helpful, as my father was sent to China after the battle of Okinawa with the 2/7 USMC, so that would be where he got the map case and contents.
