No guarantee for absolute freedom of speech?

Dear forum maintenance staff:

I find one of my yesterday's posts missing. Has it been deleted for not being to someone's liking or is it just a technological mistake? If the former, can i say that this forum is the same as many forums in China in that it does not guarantee fredom of speech?

Could you be a bit more specific? Which thread & post?
Perhaps it was simply moved, like I moved (& merged it with your 2nd one) this thread to the Site Feedback section?

Free speech is obviously limited by the forum rules.

Next time try to post your threads in the appropriate forum please to avoid any further confusion. You originally posted the thread in question in the all things Japanese forum therefore I moved it to the serious discussion/opinions forum because after all... it does concern YOUR opinion.

Do you remember which threads the missing posts were in are located at? I don't think i've ever had to delete or edit anything you've ever posted (or even moved for that matter) but I could be mistaken.

As IC said, please indicate which posts or threads are affected. I just want to make sure there are no technical reasons involved.

Normally, "freedom of speech" means freedom to speak without censorship or fear of reprisal from your government. A privately owned and operated web site is under no obligation to facilitate your freedom of speech. Also, freedom to speak doesn't imply a right to be heard.
