Where "sayonara" is like "goodbye", but stronger. It indicates that it'll be a long time before you'll see each other again; maybe even never.
I'm guessing that that is actually the first part. Then it completely changes the meaning of the first sentence.
さようなってなんです?正確にはさようならですが?
What do you mean, "sayona"? The correct way to write it is "sayonara".
I get the feeling the writer is not only confused about the incorrect spelling, but also about the word being brought up in the first place. However there is not enough context for me to say this with certainty.
