i'm travelling to japan,and my friend in japan told me i open an email in plala.or.jp ,but i couldnt make,can any one tell me how and where should i go in this website to open an email in there???
can any one open me it? i can pay the money with paypal

Plala is one of the Japanese internet connecting services, but unless you'll be living in Japan, I don't think you can open an mail account with them.
(I have no idea why your friend suggested that to you.)


If you're just travelling around in Japan and want to have an access to e-mail so that you can contact with your family or friends at home, sign up a free e-mail services such as yahoo or hotmail.
They are webmail services which you can access with browser, so you can check your e-mails or send/receive them at internet cafe or at your friends' home, wherever you have access to internet.
