ちょっとこの文章の意味がはっきり分からないんですが、多分、今日は (never kyou de)、彼女は私に「友達としてDamicciが好きですけど、私にはまだ彼がいる」と言いました（言っていました）。
「二人は、ただ良い友達になりたいだけだと思います。 良い気持ちになったよ。（とても気分が よくなりました）」みたいな感じ
でしょうか？

Actually De is rarely used after either kyou or a specific time. I asked my boyfriend for an example and all that came to mind for him for either was to convey the sense of an emphatic ending, along the lines of
"今日で終わった"、"今日で六一歳になりました！ Of course there is also 今日でいい、今日でも but that is more like a set structure so doesn't really count in a discussion of subject markers.

Just drop the watashi !!! (at least 80% of the time) and make Kyou wa the subject. If you must include them both, to me anyway the former sounds somewhat more natural.

Probably "Tokyo de tanoshinde iru you de ii (ureshii) desu"

I hope you're having fun :

Tokyo de tanoshinde kudasai ne
or, Tokyo de tanoshinde sugoshite kudasai (itadaite to omoimasu, etc).
