Need help translating title / calligraphy on Nanga painting

Hi all, I have a large format Nanga landscape painting by Niwa Yoshitoki (Kagen) 丹羽嘉言 (1742-1786). Wondering if someone can translate the title. Appreciate the help!

擬張瑞図法 In the style of Zhang Ruitu
乙巳孟冬 章甫嘉言 Kinotomi (Year) Winter. Shōho Kagen


Zhang Ruitu (張瑞図) was a Chinese landscape painter.
"Kinotomi" is a year in the 60-year Chinese zodiac cycle. Given the time when Kagen lived, it would presumably be 1785 (but could be 1845, 1905, 1965).
