Need help for short translation - artists signature?

Hi,
I have a rather large statue of a falcon. It looks rather old and there is some kind of signature on the bottom. Is this signed by an artist?

Any help is very much appreciated.

That's a male given name 隆親 "Takachika". I don't know about the artist whose name is Takachika, though.
