What does the last part of the sentence mean, I don't really get it. "Breath's are drunk" i.e They drink so much that every breath they take is like they are drunk :?

The way they treat the non-paying members is unfair/bad/poor.

Not really - it simply is a general statement. 扱い is a noun, 酷い is an adjective.
〜が酷い xxx is bad/horrible.

I only heard of ninshin meaning pregnancy.

It must just be a metaphorical use. Ears being pregnant clearly has a good meaning to the speaker, that the song has a very pleasant effect.

合う, not 似合う, is used.

餃子は醤油と合う
餃子は醤油に合う
餃子と醤油は合う

I would say 餃子と醤油は相性がいい for the latter.
