As Glenn-san suggested, 気がする or something along the line is omitted after よーな. I don't think ような気がする and "like this" are the same.do you mean the seem is from the
って前もこのやりとりどっかでやったよーな。どこだっけ part?
So that is ような? So an exchange "like this" if we we're to translate literally?
させてもらう can be used as "feigned politeness" depending on the context. Here's the title of a chapter in a manga
運命変えさせて貰う件について。
させてもらう here is a request like "been allowed"
The case of me being allowed to change my fate o.o?
夏が終わっても暑い
what is も doing here? Is it "Summer is ending, but its still hot"?
遅刻とは。。。いやーいかんいかん
I don't get the phrase
私があーゆー状態にしちゃったんです!
I know あーゆー = ああいう
but what is する does here? I looked up 状態にする and it said
"to make into" " I was made into something like that!" ? Sounds weird if you ask me.
Ah, I think you're right about 紛い. That makes sense. Here's how I'm interpreting it:
(彼は)夜盗まがいのことをするまでに身をおとしめたらしかった
"He even got down so far as to become indistinguishable from a cat burglar."
I kind of took some liberties, but I think that's fairly close. If I'm understanding it right, that is.
私たちが見ているようで見ていない"仕事"に活気が与えられて、新鮮である。
