出す means "to hand in" here.
I have come with yet another question:
さらに
姉妹が3人いて
全員美人なのだそうだ
Context is that a guy says this after describing a female classmate he admires ("she's pretty, smart, etc.").
I'm only a bit uncertain whether 姉妹が3人いて includes her or not.
"Furthermore there are 3 sisters (including her) and they're all beauties I hear."
or
"Furthermore she has 3 sisters (total of 4 sisters) and they're all beauties I hear."
