Haven't you learned 連体節 "the attributive clause"? Don't you know the difference between 止まらないドキドキ and ドキドキが止まらない?

Hi Toritoribe, it's a close friend, so said in a friendly/affectionate way. I'm sorry I'm not more specific - I don't know anything about the Japanese language myself, my friend is going there for a year.
