Another interpretation is that 最低(ね) is used as an interjection "You're disgusting", and the last half of the sentence (これだから男の人って)ダメなのよ, 嫌いなのよ, 信用できないのよ or like that is omitted. The meaning of the sentence is almost the same, though.最低ね、これだから男の人って。
Spoken by a girl, the translation I am given is something like: "Guys are all like this."
I understand the bits:
= lowest, (like) this, because, men, casual topic marker
But I wouldn't have been able to come up with "Guys are all like this." by myself. Also, だから is always making me trip.
Context:
Girl: 離婚したんですか。
Man: え、いや、あの…
Girl: あなたの浮気が原因?
Man: はい? (Eh? What...?)
Girl: 最低ね、これだから男の人って。
