What I think it says:
Mother: On the way to Grandma's house, don't talk to strangers.

I know what Akazukin-chan says, but why are there lines in は一い and まーす ? These lines are actually vertical (because the sentences are written up to down). Isn't "Yes" just はい ?

よりみちする: to stop on the way

The main verb of the sentence is いく.
The whole clause よりみちしたりしらないひととおしゃべりしないで is modifying いく adverbially.
～たり(past form of verb/adjective + り) is used to list actions/movements/states here.
ない negates both よりみちする and おしゃべりする.

I know what Akazukin-chan says, but why are there lines in は一い and まーす ? These lines are actually vertical (because the sentences are written up to down). Isn't "Yes" just はい ?

That's the long vowel mark. Akazukin-chan pronounced like that (similar to "yeeah"). By the way, it's はーい, and not は一(the kanji meaning "one")い.;-)

選ばれた者 is not incorrect, but I prefer 選ばれし者. 選ばれし is a classical form of 選ばれた, and sounds more majestic.

I hit another snag in what I'm trying to translate.

今まで俺が君から逃げてきた分
付き合えるだけロバートさんに付き合おう

For the first line, I thought it might be "Up until now, I've been running away from you" but, I'm not sure how to handle the 分, is it alright to leave it as I have it translated, or does it not retain the same meaning?
As for the second line, I really don't know what to do with it. My first guess was "I can only accompany/associate with Robert" but then I'm not sure how the 付き合おう fits in with that. I don't think I've ever seen an う changed into an お before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

分 means something like "portion" here, so it's like "for all the running away I did from you..." 付き合う is commonly used to mean "to date". The volitional/hortative form is 付き合おう, like how 会う would become 会おう or how 買う would become 買おう, etc. The だけ here is like "all I can" or "to the utmost of my ability".

Although since that に is in there I'm not so sure about the "dating" meaning. I mean, I guess it could still be that, and make sense since he's talking about himself and what he'll do, but I'm just so used to hearing 付き合う used with と that it's making me wonder. Of course, that 合う is there, which would mean mutually doing something, so... Is this a BL manga or something, by the way?

Oh, volitional form...I have learned that, I completely forgot about it.

I knew that 付き合う is usually used for dating, but the characters aren't dating in this one so I dismissed it without really giving it much thought. I probably should have thought about it more. It could still work, but I'm still not entirely sure how to put it together.

It's a yaoi doujinshi. I translate them (or try to) as practice.

I've spent a great deal of time trying to figure out on my own the entire meaning of this sentence. Yet once again I'm not able to fully understand how it all fits together.

痛みを越えた [Overcome pain] 数だけ [only the number of times] 優しさがわかる [I understand/know the kindness/tenderness]

What I believe to be the problem here for me is how "Dake" ties the sentence together. I may be misunderstanding a word which could be throwing me off. If I could have anyone's help shedding some light on this I would very much be in debt to you. Thank you so much.
