Right. I was thinking with the ways to say "attach さん" or "call them by さん"
さんを付けて呼ぶ seems more common than 「さん付け」で呼ぶ or さん付けする。 But it could just be my people.

Thanks Ashikaga. I'm sorry I couldn't translate more of it, I haven't studied Japanese again in a couple years. I believe the text is a review for a magic DVD from a Japanese magician who lives in Osaka japan called "ponta the smith". The man is very good at what he does and owns a shop in Osaka called "French drop magic shop". An exact phrasing depends who you're talking to, but the verb section - "Is improving" = "Joutatsu shite iru/imasu" or "Has improved" = "Joutatsu shitmashita/shita .... desune.

叩いて洗う means "to wash clothes by beating" and 揉んで洗う does "to wash clothes by rubbing." As for washing machines, the former is generally used to explain how a front loader washer or horizontal axis washer washes clothes, and the latter is for a top loader washer or vertical axis washer. I'm not sure but 叩いて揉んで洗う may express "to wash clothes by both ways."

Can 叩いて揉んで be used for anything else?

It can be, depending on context, but is not so often, I think.

Also, what does 汚れ落ちる mean?

Yes, えぇ or ええ it means 良い, a sort of dialects and and the ending わい is to add feeling.
Today わい is mostly used by old men.
ええわいなあ（えぇわいなぁ） sounds more like the phrase used by women in old days, back in Edo era .

Both 尼僧[nisou] and 比丘尼[bikuni] are for BUDDHIST priestesses. The formal honorifics for a shinto priest/priestess are 宮司[guuji], 禰宜[negi], 権禰宜[gon'negi] depending on their posts.
Do you want to know the honorific for 巫女[miko], by any chance? If so, I think there is no specific honorific for miko.

From my dictionary, I can roughly guess the meaning of each word. But I can't figure out a smooth english sentence represent the exact meaning?

度量 = どりょう = generosity
広い = ひろい = hiroi
方 = lady or gentleman
