やっとかないとね ＝ やっておかないとね
やっておく （やる＋おく） ＝ to do something done (in preparation for something)
ね = shouldn't we? (we might be replaced by other pronoun, depending on the context)

死なせる is to make (someone) die, so 死なせたくない might be something like "don't want to make die" perhaps.

"ずに" is a thing with particle "に" in auxiliary verb "ず" of the denial.

「ずに」の方がちよっと堅い言い方です。 「ないで」が日常会話では多く使われるでしょうね。

もし私たちが痛みから永遠に自由になりたいとしたら、物質を超えた心以上のことを学ぶ必要があるとか、、、
ある状態についての考えを変えることにより、実際にその状態を変えるとこができるということとか。。。。という感じでしょうね。
そういう考え方は、すべての日本武術の基礎であるかな。。。

"羽を伸ばす" is a meaning of "To be lost of the restrained, and to behave freely without any inhibitions".
As for "羽を伸ばしてこい", the word of the instruction of "こい" is attached to "羽を伸ばす".
Therefore, "プライベートビーチで おもいっきり羽を伸ばしてこい" becomes a meaning of "Enjoy it（Take it easy） to one's heart's content in a private beach".
As an example sentence

ひとつだけ質問があります。 おもいっきり と 羽を伸ばしてが同じ文の中でよく使われていますか？ もちろん、別々に「おもいっきり、羽を伸ばして」という風に使う場合もあるんだけど、組み合わせとしても、その基本的な意味はあまり変わらないでしょうか？
同じ意味を持つ言葉を組み合わせることで、「飲んでばか騒ぎをして、日中，浜辺でのらくらして、楽しんでね 」 などの意味を強調しているかな。
わたしの基本的な解釈は正しいですか？

「羽を伸ばす」には、「おもいっきり」が併用してよく使われると思います。
例
今度の休みは、おもいっきり羽を伸ばしてこいよ。
今度の休みは、おもいっきり羽を伸ばすつもりなんだ。
「おもいっきり」という言葉は、思う存分、心の底から、力の限り、満足できるまで、という意味です。強調する言葉ですね。
「羽を伸ばす」と言う言葉は、束縛するものがなくなってのびのびと自由に振る舞う、抑えられた状態から解放されてのびのびと振る舞う、という意味になります。
「おもいっきり」という言葉は、強調したい時によく使用される副詞です。
ただ、これは口語です。
