You're reading School Days, right? 原巳浜 (Haramihama) is the name of a fictional train station.
I know this is not really a translation question, but I really don't want to open a new topic for this: Does it mean anything when there's two extra strokes added to へ in the beginning of letters? Or is it only supposed to look, I don't know, cute or something?
It's called "marumoji." If you want to know more about it. The Wikipedia has a page on it (sorry, it's only in Japanese).
