The line is probably from manga, which very often has lines written precisely the way it is pronounced. The small "tsu" is added in exaggerated expression of anger for a character (probably male and lacking in or discarding sense of propriety) in this case.
This doesn't apply to standard Japanese speaking or writing.

Quick question here:

There's this word in a sentence that I can't find the meaning of, or that I can find a meaning but the meaning doesn't seem to fit into the sentence...

Is the までに just the particles まで + に ? Or is it 迄に ?
What kinda throws me of is what the 繊細 is modifying.
Is 繊細な modifying までに or までに描き込まれた世界 ? I'm guessng the latter here.

Okay, I ran into this little conversation in one of my books and it's not quite making sense.
I take the first sentence as:
Next time the AB Manager is going to change, it seems.

As for the second, I can't understand what "mada natta bakari" is supposed to mean. I understand the words individually, but in that arrangement it is a bit confusing to me. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well, kondo I can't really explain all that well, but I think it's saying that this event is about to happen (more like "this time").

As far as mada goes, it shows a condition before a change in state, so this is saying that the state of him having become kachou is current, i.e., hasn't changed yet. I guess it gives the implication of understanding that he's about to not be shachou anymore.

Ok, what i don't get here is the "desu kara". It's indicating "because", at least I think so, but it doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the sentence. I have it as "Because recently you are a single movie star, you're even going to become a mother I hear." What am I missing?

The most logical understanding to me would be Why (again)? It is (still) in the state of just having become (a new shachou) or just having been changed.

Now obviously this doesn't sound correct, but I did my best to incorporate "no mono" instead of just "donogurai. As for "mono", what does it mean when it is attached to "donogurai no" in this case? Thanks!
