Advertising Poster for Down & Feather Quilt product called "The Cassette Quilt". Apparently my family's business used to supply them to a Japanese reseller here in Sydney.

The Cassette is the top-class natural down bed cover. Every quilting case is manufactured from the highest quality 100% downproof cotton. This fabric sewing is done using a fixed wall system inside, to prevent the filling from moving to one side.

The purebred (best) white down & feather mix is used due to its high-volume flexibility in manufacturing. (The filling) is of the highest plumeage count and excels as a natural method for keeping warm. It also characteristically has the highest loft level (air cushioning). By definition thus, it is a light-feeling futon.

Please be serious (take care) in the use of this Cassette case. Do allow it to air outside, to maintain its long life.

so I suppose you need a particle, の or が, between the gerund and ない.

This may just be an American thing, but for some reason I was told "kaimono ni iku" sounds like you are going grocery shopping, whereas "kaimono suru" is more general. It's all in the nuance, but I think "Kaimono shitai to omottara/nara " or "Kaimono suru ni ha" and probably various other ways are also completely natural for conveying "want to go."

Simpler form will be, "okaimono nara kunishuu area ga iidesuyo."
Also, you can replace "okaimono" with "shopping".
Many Japanese use the word "shopping" instead of "okaimono" these day.

I like ralian's use of nante and sentence ending sa as it gives that emotional emphasis to the whole sentence. Now here's another doubt : 気持ち、思い、感情など。。how are they actually used? I am curious to know some of the different ways in which they are used in conversation.

For example : My feelings towards Mayumi-san hasn't changed a bit.
真弓さんには 俺の気持ち ちっとも 変わらなかった。 (my try)

Can 感情、思い。。など be substituted in the above sentence?
